Dina is originally from Forest Hills in Queens. New York. But she changed her location to Dix Hills on Long Island just before she finished her senior year. Her brothers include Gregory, her older brother as well as Evan. From the age of nine up to 16, she started being involved in the business of entertainment by acting. Her career in acting began at The Neighborhood Playhouse, New York. She was studying Sanford Meisner's techniques along with Ron Stetson for three years. The actress was a part of Beverly Hills in 90210, but had relocate from Los Angeles to take the part.
